His background spans major EPCM environments in Australia and real estate developments in Mauritius, covering cost, programme, procurement, contract administration, risk, and delivery oversight across projects ranging from AUD 20 million to over AUD 15 billion.
He has experience across real estate, infrastructure, and resources sectors, bringing strong expertise in project delivery, financial oversight, and commercial management.
Didier is also a Director at Safyr Capital, having obtained regulatory approval from the Financial Services Commission (FSC), Mauritius, demonstrating strong governance and compliance credentials.
He brings integrated capability across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and structuring through procurement, construction, and completion, providing senior oversight of project performance and ensuring alignment between execution, financial outcomes, and project objectives.

Michaela Wilson is a Business Operations and Strategy professional specialising in real estate development, with experience spanning project structuring, governance, and operational leadership across both local and international environments.
She brings a strong focus on establishing clear frameworks that support efficient, controlled, and commercially aligned project delivery.
She is responsible for structuring development strategies, aligning governance and compliance requirements with investor and lender expectations, and coordinating across stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Her role extends across the full project lifecycle, overseeing operational management and ensuring that projects are delivered in line with defined financial, strategic, and programme objectives.
Michaela ensures alignment between strategy, governance, and execution, supporting disciplined decision-making, transparency, and delivery certainty across all projects.
